The Byl Centre for Contemporary Art is the first centre for contemporary art in the Belgorod region. It opened in 2023 in the restored building of the former Byl cinema, built in 1982. Two auditoriums allow shows to run in parallel, while the foyer and two floors of exhibition space host exhibitions at the same time.
On 22–25 October 2026 it hosts the first contemporary art festival “Tochka Cuire”: performances in both halls and the gallery, exhibitions, lectures, a children’s programme and a market.
