Cookie Usage Agreement

This Agreement governs the use of cookies and similar technologies on the website https://aelita-production.ru (hereinafter — the “Website”) of LLC “AELITA PRODUCTION” (hereinafter — the “Company”, the “Operator”).

1. General Provisions

1.2. By using the Website, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, disable cookies in your browser settings (some features of the Website may become unavailable).

2. Types of Cookies Used

Strictly necessary (technical) — ensure the basic operation of the Website: navigation, security, form state preservation. Disabling them may impair Website functionality.

Functional — remember your preferences (language, completed forms) for convenience.

Analytics — help analyse traffic and user behaviour (Yandex Metrica). Metrica runs with Session Replay (“Webvisor”) enabled: it records on-page activity — cursor movement, scrolling, clicks and navigation between pages — and allows a visit to be replayed later. The contents of form fields are not saved in these recordings, but the fact and sequence of actions are, so we do not treat such recordings as fully anonymised.

3. Processing Purposes

Ensuring the technical operation and security of the Site; improving usability; analysing audience and statistics, including recording of on-page activity via Session Replay (“Webvisor”, see clause 2); content personalisation.

4. Retention Period

Retention periods depend on the type of cookie and range from a session (until the browser is closed) to 1–2 years. You can delete them at any time in your browser settings.

5. Third-party Cookies

The Site uses a third-party analytics service — Yandex Metrica (operated by Yandex LLC), including its Session Replay (“Webvisor”) mode (see clause 2). The Company does not control its cookies. We recommend reviewing that service's privacy policy. You can opt out of recording by blocking Metrica cookies in your browser settings or by installing Yandex's official Metrica opt-out add-on.

6. Management and Disabling

Most browsers allow you to view, delete and block cookies. Instructions are available on the official websites of the browsers. Disabling cookies completely may limit the functionality of the Website.

7. Amendments to the Policy

The Company may amend this Agreement unilaterally. The new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the Website. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the new version.
