Where can I buy tickets to a show?
AELITA PRODUCTION doesn't sell tickets directly on this site — sales go through the box office of the specific venue or event. The purchase link is on each show's page in the Schedulesection, and in the production's own description.
What do the age ratings 12+, 16+, 18+ mean?
This is the age rating required by Russian law on protecting children from harmful information (No. 436-FZ). It's shown on every listing and production page — use it when planning a visit with children.
Can I pay with a Pushkin Card?
Where a show takes place at a state venue that accepts the Pushkin Card, this is marked on the show's card in the Schedule. If there's no mark, check with that specific venue's box office — we don't always know this in advance for touring shows.
How do I get a refund or exchange a ticket?
Refunds and exchanges follow the rules of the venue or service where you bought the ticket — we don't sell tickets ourselves and can't process a refund on the seller's behalf. There's usually a link to the terms next to the buy button on the show's page.
What happens if a show is postponed or cancelled?
The venue or service where you bought the ticket will let you know — that's also where you'll find information about rescheduling, cancellation, or refunds. Keep an eye on the schedule at aelita-production.ru — we'll update the date there too, as soon as it's known.
How do I find out about new dates and premieres?
Subscribe on the Schedule page — leave your email or message our Telegram bot. Announcements also go out on our social media: VKontakte, Telegram, YouTube, Dzen.
Can AELITA PRODUCTION bring a show to my city?
Yes, we're open to touring and partnering with venues. Tell us about your venue and preferences via the Collaborate section — we'll get back to you to discuss the details.
