Curator of the “New Dance” programme · Alexandrinsky Theatre's New Stage

Connects art and infrastructure at the top-management level. Today he curates the “New Dance” programme at the Alexandrinsky Theatre's New Stage, where in three years he has produced more than 150 projects — including the show “A Place That Didn't Exist Yet”, a Golden Mask laureate, and the Saint Petersburg premiere of “Choir” Ohad Naharin. The programme's resident companies also include Ksenia Mikheeva's and Konstantin Keihel's companies, and St. Petersburg's OMYT, whose productions are also in the “Tochka Cuire” programme: “Prophecies of Migratory Birds,” “Mayday,” “The Rashomon Effect” and “The Scent of Rose Oil.”

Behind the artistic instinct is a rare technical background: as technical director of the imarussia agency he builds hybrid conferences and ceremonies for major corporations — SGK, “Vkusno — i tochka”, IBS — and as producer of the ODYSSEY festival he runs four stages for 10,000 spectators.

This isn't AELITA PRODUCTION's first collaboration with Mikhail Kazmiruk: the company has previously brought the show “Stories. Of Earth and Heaven” to the Alexandrinsky Theatre's New Stage, with Kazmiruk also curating that performance.
