Visiting Rules

Kaluga · revised August 24, 2026

Download PDF

These Rules govern attendance at ticketed events (performances and other shows) by AELITA PRODUCTION LLC (the "Company") at venues used by the Company. By purchasing a ticket, the visitor confirms they have read and agree to these Rules.

1. Ticket and entry

1.1. The ticket is electronic, in the form of a QR code (see Public offer agreement, "Tickets to performances" section). At the door it is shown from a phone screen or printed — the attendant scans the code, the ticket is then marked as used and cannot be used again.

1.2. One ticket entitles one visitor to one seat (for assigned seating) or one entry (for general admission).

1.3. Doors-open time before the show and the latecomer policy depend on the specific venue and performance — see the event page and/or the ticket. [to confirm before publishing — deliberately left flexible, there is no single number across all venues yet].

1.4. The Company may refuse admission for an invalid, damaged, or already-used ticket.

2. Age restrictions

2.1. Every performance carries an age rating (e.g. 6+, 12+, 16+), shown on the event page and on the ticket itself.

2.2. The accompanying adult is responsible for a minor visitor's compliance with the age rating — the Company may, but is not obligated to, check age at the door.

3. Prohibited items and actions

Visitors may not:

  • bring any weapons, sharp objects, pyrotechnics, flammable or corrosive substances;
  • bring or consume alcohol, or attend under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicants;
  • bring animals, except guide dogs with the relevant documentation;
  • photograph, film, or audio-record the performance without the Company's separate permission — performances are protected by copyright and related rights;
  • bring food or drinks into the hall, unless explicitly permitted for a specific event.

4. Conduct during the show

4.1. Please silence mobile devices before and during the performance.

4.2. During the performance, please do not leave or occupy seats, or disturb neighbours and performers — if you need to step out, please wait for a pause or the end of the event.

4.3. In the event of a breach of public order, these Rules, or a threat to other visitors' safety, a Company representative may require the offender to leave the hall, and, if refused, may remove them from the venue without a refund.

5. Cast changes, postponement and cancellation

5.1. The Company may replace performers without prior notice — a cast change alone is not grounds for a ticket refund.

5.2. If an event is postponed or cancelled by the Company, the refund rules set out in the Public Offer, Section 6, apply.

6. Ticket refunds

Refund conditions and timeframes are set out in the Public Offer, Section 6 ("Refunds and Termination of the Agreement"), including refund request forms (general, illness, relative's death — per the form approved by Order No. 351 of the Ministry of Culture of Russia dated 22.03.2021).
