From the club's host

I often hear from entrepreneurs that they lack resources — money, time, people. And I increasingly think: the decisions we call strategic don't actually run up against the market or resources, but against whether we have words for what doesn't exist yet.

KPIs, funnels, growth points — these are just words. They describe what already exists well, but they're useless when you need to conceive of what doesn't exist yet. We try to describe the future in the terms of the past — and we fail not because the market turned out different, but because no descriptions were found for the new situation.

I never conceived of the club as a business tool. But sometimes entrepreneurs come to the meetings — and within a few months they start thinking systemically, seeing structure where they used to see only disorder. They start noticing the words that quietly govern their decisions; they meet people they no longer need to explain the obvious to a hundred times over; their projects start falling into place on their own — without forcing themselves or anyone else.

If you're curious how this works — what's inside your head and what determines your choices — come to the open meeting.

This is an open, free meeting — a first look at the format before joining the ongoing stream for entrepreneurs.

Katya Abdulova

The practice I've been running for several years now has shown: entrepreneurs who come here and stay start thinking differently within a few months — not because they learned new terms, but because they learned to see structure where there used to be only noise.

Format

We'll examine the mechanisms of our own thinking through texts and discussion — thinking about how we think.
