She heads the first centre for contemporary art in the Belgorod region — CSI “Byl” in Stary Oskol.
The centre opened in 2023 in the restored building of the former Byl cinema, built in 1982. Two auditoriums, the foyer and two floors of exhibition space make it possible to run shows and host exhibitions at the same time.
At the festival
On 22–25 October 2026, CSI “Byl” hosts the first Tochka Cuire contemporary art festival: performances, exhibitions, the business and children’s programmes all take place in its halls. On 14 October, Valentina Bykova opened and moderated the festival press conference.
The “Tochka Cuire” festival is held with the support of the Department of Culture of the Stary Oskol City District Administration and the Metalloinvest company.
