About the production
Directorial debut Katya Abdulova's inspired by the biblical Book of Job, the philosophy of Kierkegaard and Mamardashvili, the prose of Kafka, Dostoevsky, Orwell and Chekhov.
This is a story of second birth. Of how, having lost everything, you stop being yourself.
Of how, at the edge of fear, strength finds you; in the depths of loneliness, a connection to the whole opens up; and guilt meets forgiveness.
And about how fear does not have to be conquered — it can be let into the house as a guest. Then all the protocols close. And a silence sets in, in which we finally hear ourselves and one another.
