Telegram Bot Usage Rules

These Rules govern the relationship between LLC “AELITA PRODUCTION” (hereinafter — “Company”, “Data Controller”) and individuals (hereinafter — “User”) regarding the use of the Telegram bot @aelita_production_bot.

1. General Provisions

1.1. Company details: LLC “AELITA PRODUCTION”, TIN 4000027320, KPP 400001001, OGRN 1254000006644, legal address: 248016, Russia, Kaluga region, Kaluga, Lenin St., 51. CEO — Ekaterina Sergeyevna Rudenko.

1.2. By using the Bot (including by sending the first message or the /start command), the User accepts these Rules, the Personal Data Processing Policy and Public Offer Agreement of the Company in full.

1.3. These Rules form an integral part of the Company's documents, available at https://aelita-production.ru.

2. Purpose of the Bot

2.1. The Bot provides reference information about the Company's activities, helps select events and services, accepts enquiries and redirects to the official website for ticket purchases.

2.2. The Bot is not an independent means of providing paid services and does not replace the Company's official website.

3. Data Processed

3.1. The Bot may process: Telegram ID, username, user name, messages, photos, documents, email address and phone number (when voluntarily provided).

3.2. Processing is carried out in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” and Personal Data Processing Policy of the Company.

3.3. The User may withdraw consent to data processing at any time by sending a request to aelita.production@yandex.ru.

4. User Rights and Obligations

4.1. The User undertakes to: use the Bot only for lawful purposes; not infringe third-party rights, not distribute harmful content or spam; provide accurate information; not attempt unauthorised access or automated data collection.

4.2. The User bears full responsibility for their actions in the Bot.

5. Rights of the Company

The Company is entitled to: modify Bot functionality, perform maintenance; restrict or block User access upon breach of these Rules without prior notice; use anonymised data for analytics; amend these Rules.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Bot is provided “as is”. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or complete accuracy of information.

6.2. The Company is not liable for failures of Telegram, the Internet, third-party actions, or any damage arising from use of the Bot.

6.3. The Company's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for services over the preceding 6 months.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials published in the Bot are the intellectual property of the Company. Copying, distribution or commercial use of content without the Company's written consent is prohibited.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. Failing agreement — through the courts at the Company's location in accordance with Russian Federation law.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. The Company may amend these Rules. The new version takes effect from the moment of publication at https://aelita-production.ru.

9.2. Continued use of the Bot after amendments constitutes agreement to the new version.
