Consents to the processing of personal data

This page brings together the texts of the consents a user gives by ticking the corresponding box in the forms on the site. Each consent is a self-contained document and is given by a separate action: ticking a box in one form does not constitute consent under another. A consent neither replaces nor is replaced by the Personal Data Processing Policy : the Policy describes how the Operator handles data, while a consent is what a particular person agrees to.

1. Consent to the processing of personal data

1.1. By ticking the “I consent to the processing of personal data” box, the personal data subject gives the Operator consent to process the following personal data: surname, first name and patronymic (if any); email address; telephone number; Telegram user ID and username; order details (service name, amount, date, payment identifier, ticket number and series, seat selected); the content of messages and files provided voluntarily by the subject.

1.2. Purposes of processing: concluding and performing the contract for attending an event; registration for events and admission to them; maintaining the personal account; handling enquiries and applications, including ticket refund applications; performing obligations imposed on the Operator by law.

1.3. List of actions: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating (amendment, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction. The processing is mixed — with and without the use of automation.

1.4. Term of the consent: until the purposes of processing have been achieved or until the consent is withdrawn. A withdrawal is sent to aelita.production@yandex.ru and is acted on within thirty days. After withdrawal the Operator ceases processing and destroys the data, except for data it is required by law to retain.

1.5. The consent is given freely, by the subject's own will and in the subject's own interest. The box is not pre-ticked; the subject ticks it personally.

2. Consent to receiving information messages

2.1. By ticking the newsletter consent box, the subject consents to receiving messages about the Operator's events and services at the email address provided or via Telegram.

2.2. Data processed: name; email address; Telegram user ID and username.

2.3. This consent is given separately from the consent under section 1 and is not a condition for buying a ticket, registering for an event or receiving a reply to an enquiry.

2.4. Term — until withdrawal. Withdrawal is possible at any time: via the link in the message, by a command in the bot, or by writing to aelita.production@yandex.ru.

3. Consent to the dissemination of personal data when a review is published

3.1. This consent is given in accordance with article 10.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 and is separate from the consent under section 1. It concerns personal data the subject has permitted to be disseminated, that is, disclosed to an indefinite group of persons.

3.2. The Operator to whom the consent is given: AELITA PRODUCTION LLC (details above).

3.3. Purpose of dissemination: publication of a visitor's review of an event on the Operator's site.

3.4. Categories and list of personal data permitted for dissemination: the name or pseudonym given by the author of the review; the text of the review; the rating; the date of the review. Other data provided by the author (email address, telephone number) is not permitted for dissemination and is not published.

3.5. The conditions and prohibitions are set by the subject personally in the review form. The following conditions for publishing the name are available: under the name given by the subject; under a pseudonym given by the subject instead of a name; without a name — in which case the review is published with the anonymised signature “Visitor”, while the name given remains in the Operator's internal records and is not disseminated.

3.6. The subject may prohibit the use of their review outside the Operator's site — on social media, on posters and in information mailings. Any prohibition set is published together with the review and is thereby brought to the attention of an indefinite group of persons.

3.7. Regardless of the subject's choice, it is prohibited to transfer personal data permitted for dissemination to third parties, or to process it by an indefinite group of persons for any purpose other than reading the review.

3.8. Term of the consent: until it is withdrawn. A withdrawal request is sent to aelita.production@yandex.ru and must state the author's name (pseudonym) and information making it possible to identify the review. From the moment the request is received the Operator removes the review from publication.

3.9. Silence or inaction on the part of the subject is in no circumstances treated as consent to the processing of personal data permitted for dissemination.

3.10. Reviews are published after checking by the Operator. The Operator does not publish reviews containing the personal data of third parties.

4. General provisions

4.1. The consents listed above are given separately. Declining to give consent under sections 2 or 3 does not affect the ability to buy a ticket, register for an event or receive a reply to an enquiry.

4.2. The current version of these texts is published on this page. A consent is deemed given in the version that was in force at the moment the box was ticked.

4.3. The rights of the personal data subject, the procedure for exercising them and the time limits for replying to enquiries are set out in section 8 of the Policy. Information on the protection measures is published as a separate document.
